About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic sales consultant to represent our luxury bridal and couture brand. The consultant will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, guiding clients with personalized styling advice, and ensuring they feel confident in their choices. This role also involves building long-term client relationships, engaging with them through calls and WhatsApp, and driving sales through consistent follow-ups and collection updates.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized styling, fit, and customization consultation to clients.
Build and maintain robust client relationships to drive repeat business.
Actively share current collections and manage client communication via calls and WhatsApp.




Represent the brand with professionalism and in-depth knowledge of luxury bridal and couture fashion.
Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably with a degree in Fashion Design or Fashion Management.
2–5 years of experience in luxury or bridal wear retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
Well-groomed with a strong sense of fashion, styling, and bridal aesthetics.
Client-centric, sales-driven, and passionate about luxury fashion.
Female candidates preferred.
