Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard current insurance advisors.
Provide training and guidance to advisors for business development.
Motivate and support agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor advisor performance and productivity.
Conduct joint field work and customer meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations.
Build long-term relationships with agents and customers.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline
3 to 6 years of Experiance In BFSI
Good communication and convincing skills
Willingness to work in field sales
Knowledge of local market is an added advantage
