Position Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our operations in Mumbai/Thane. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner / HR Director,



this role acts as a key point of contact between HR and business stakeholders, ensuring people processes are implemented consistently and effectively.

This is a hands-on HRBP role, focused on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR support, while also contributing to broader people initiatives. You will work closely with managers to support engagement, compliance, and talent outcomes within a dynamic BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

Core HR Business Partnering
Support business leaders by aligning HR practices with operational needs
Act as a trusted HR point of contact for managers and employees
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Employee Relations & Performance
Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
Support performance management processes, including coaching and corrective action
Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and compli
