Job Description:

We are a leading provider of customized elevator solutions based in Siliguri, West Bengal. With a solid presence in residential and commercial lift installations, we specialize in SS and designer home lifts, MRL and MR lifts, and unique structural solutions for challenging sites.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Service Manager (Elevators) with 7+ years of experience in the elevator industry to lead our maintenance and breakdown operations in the Siliguri region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all field service activities, ensuring prompt breakdown handling—primarily electrical—and delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage elevator breakdowns across sites, with a solid focus on electrical issues
Supervise service technicians and coordinate daily service schedules




Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various control systems including:
Arkel control systems
Monarch NICE100, NICE1000, NICE3000
Hydraulic elevators
Ensure timely maintenance and compliance with safety standards
Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints
Report service activities and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in elevator service and maintenance
Strong knowledge of elevator electrical systems
Practical experience with Arkel and Monarch controllers is highly preferred
Experience with hydraulic elevators is an added advantage
Leadership ability to manage a team of technicians
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
