LogiNext is looking for a dynamic and competent Enterprise Account Manager to cater to the success of its key client accounts. You will be a key liaison between clients, business development and technology team. You will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling the LogiNext product suite to bring value to your clients operations. You will have the potential for remarkable growth and leadership prospects as LogiNext scales and expands into new markets.
You possess excellent people skills and maintain overall responsibility for the successful implementation of LogiNext SaaS products. You have experience deploying large scale technology products for enterprise grade organisations. The work at LogiNext is very fast paced, agile, and hence, you must be able to multi-task to deal smoothly with competing and conflicting levels of priority.
Responsibilities
Play an integral role in current business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of recent clients
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Mine the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilising available resources to drive account retention and growth
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as SOW
Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Analyze latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Sales/Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field from top-tier management school
7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business
