Job Description Position: Design Architect
n Location: Bangalore
n Experience: 7 - 10 years
n Qualification:
n Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with relevant experience in Large Scale Commercial Architectural projects and Corporate Fit-outs. Solid academic background from premier architectural institutes will be an added advantage.
n Job Description:
n • Support and lead design management for Green Building Architecture, Campus Master Planning, and Corporate Fit-out Projects.
n • Manage the full design cycle -Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and GFC - ensuring design intent, quality, and coordination.
n • Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, and specifications across Architecture, Civil, and Interior works.
n • Oversee material selection, finish schedules, and project-specific detailing for both interior and exterior works.
n • Periodically update standards and specifications in line with emerging trends and codes (NBC, ECBC, IGBC, USGBC/LEED, and internal sustainability guidelines).




n • Coordinate and integrate the design output effectively with consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal teams (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FPS, AV, Lighting, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
n • Conduct regular site reviews to identify and resolve design gaps, maintaining alignment with approved drawings.
n • Manage other campus infrastructure–related design tasks as needed.
n • Track progress, flag risks early, and support timely completion of key deliverables.
n • Explore and integrate new materials, technologies, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.
n • Ensure robust documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment across all project stages.
n • Solid project management, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
