Role Description
This is a full time role for a Regional Head based in Mumbai.



The Regional Head will oversee day-to-day operational activities, manage teams, analyze operational processes, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and handle budgeting responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve company objectives.
Lead and mentor regional team, ensuring effective team performance and high levels of employee engagement.
Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary to meet targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the executive team to align regional strategies with overall corporate goals.
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial management for the region.
