You will work with a global and diverse team of talented product managers, designers and engineers and support product and business teams to meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Market Entry: Define and drive the product vision for future offerings across the Syfe Group.



You will translate complex market dynamics and regulatory requirements into a cohesive product strategy that differentiates us in the market.
Roadmap Execution & Delivery: Take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle from zero-to-one. You will build and manage a data-backed roadmap, rigorously prioritising the backlog to balance immediate user value with long-term technical scalability.
Growth & User Acquisition: Architect the acquisition engine. You will identify high-potential growth channels and optimise conversion funnels, utilising A/B testing and user research to lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and maximise LTV (Lifetime Value).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central node between Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams. You will lead the squad to ship high-impact features on time while fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession.
