We are looking for talented professionals from Architectural and Interior Design backgrounds to join our energetic Projects team.
candidate should have a solid design sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and the passion to transform spaces into experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in detailing architectural and interior layouts for residential, commercial projects.
Collaborate with senior architects, other team members to ensure design intent and project quality.
Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, material boards, and mood boards.
Conduct site visits to provide design-related inputs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, contracts, marketing, sales and execution teams.
Consultation and coordination with customers for interior and architectural customization
Desired Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of Revit or 3D rendering software is a plus).
Solid aesthetic judgment, detailing ability, and understanding of space planning.
Accompanied the MEP inputs in the architectural drawings.
Good communication skills to coordinate with others as required.
Ability to complete assignments and meet timelines.
Education
Architectural Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
AutoCAD Proficiency: Excellent skills in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
Sketch up Proficiency: 3d visualisation
