Job Description:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, the ability to handle multiple open positions, and experience working with job portals and LinkedIn hiring.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct initial HR interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities
Follow up with candidates till on boarding
Support HR activities if required

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
Ability to handle multiple positions at the same time
Positive coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in bulk hiring
Immediate joiners preferred
