This is a Noida based position for a Technical Support Representative in a US Voice process
Experience
1 years of experience in Tech Support in an international BPO (US voice process preferred)
Education class 12+
Skills Required
Excellent English language skills are required (spoken & written)
Proficiency with MS Office
Basic typing skills - above 25 wpm
Positive telephonic communications skills - be able to listen and respond appropriately
Upbeat and positive personality
Ability to work in a team
Excellent problem solving skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle technical support on International Inbound Calls [US].
Resolve customer queries within the assigned time frame.
Documents actions and resolutions
SALARY & PERKS
Salary Rs. 19,0000 - 38,000/month
Cab facility is provided within 30kms of Sector 135, Noida

Two rounds of client interviews
In most cases, Offer Letters are issued on the same day
Candidates that can join immediately are preferred
Maximum Notice period 30 days
Telephonic Interviews available on a case-by-case basis
Work/ shift times: 5:30pm to 2:30am
5 day week with Rotational Shifts/ Days off
