Position Overview

Invictus is seeking a U.S. Business Development Lead based in India to drive new client growth across staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting services while also supporting strategic recruiting, capture research, and proposal coordination for U.S. based operations. This role is business development first, with recruiting support as a secondary function, and focuses heavily on identifying current opportunities, building strong client relationships, supporting proposal readiness,



and helping expand Invictus across federal programs, cleared technical environments, industrial construction, engineering, HR consulting, and professional services. This individual will work closely with U.S. leadership during Eastern Time business hours and serve as a key growth driver for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Client Growth
Lead outreach to prime contractors, subcontractors, teaming partners, implementation partners, and direct commercial clients across the United States
Identify and generate new business opportunities for staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting services
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry contacts
Research potential clients with active hiring needs and support relationship development efforts
Assist with follow up, scheduling, qualification, and documentation of current business opportunities
