Job Description: Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Back-End Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have solid programming skills, a solid understanding of system architecture, and hands-on experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud-based environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, high performance, and secure application workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable back-end systems, APIs, and databases.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing components with server logic.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices.
Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot production issues.
Implement and maintain strong security, authentication, and data protection practices.
Participate in code reviews, system architecture discussions, and technical design planning.




Work closely with the DevOps team to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements for system reliability and scalability.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.
Robust proficiency in one or more back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
Experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR) is a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Robust communication and teamwork abilities.
