Job Description:

Position: Import Export Executive

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Handle import and export documentation (shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, etc.)

Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters for shipments.

Track and manage import/export shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and maintain records related to import/export transactions.

Communicate with overseas clients and suppliers via email and phone.

Ensure compliance with customs and export-import regulations.

Prepare reports for management on shipment status and costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in import/export operations preferred.

Valuable communication skills (English & Hindi/Gujarati).

Knowledge of MS Office and basic documentation procedures.
