Office Assistant / Telecaller – Recruitment Services

Location: Ulsoor Road, Bengaluru

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Office Assistant / Telecaller to support our recruitment operations team. You will be responsible for reaching out to candidates, validating their profiles, and assisting recruiters in the hiring process. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates who have applied for job vacancies.
Explain job details, assess candidate suitability, and record relevant information.
Validate candidate details including education, experience, current location, and salary.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters for smooth communication.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in CRM/recruitment database.




Assist in basic office coordination, documentation, and daily reporting.

Candidate Profile
Graduates / Undergraduates with valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or any client-facing role preferred.
Freshers or women returning to work after a break are encouraged to apply.
Confident, organized, and fluent in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets and data entry.
