Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customized benefit solutions.
Stay up to date on regulatory changes and industry trends to inform benefit strategies.
Manage and mentor a team of benefits professionals to ensure high service standards.
Collaborate with vendors, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders to optimize offerings.
Analyze cost and utilization trends to recommend enhancements and cost-saving measures.

Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience insurance.
Robust knowledge of perks regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and trends to develop cost-effective benefit strategies.
