What success looks like in this role
The Digital Workplace Solutions Client Integration Architect is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of Device Subscription Services (DSS) and Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) into client settings, enabling a fully functional, end-user device lifecycle experience.
This role bridges the gap between client IT ecosystems and Unisys DSS capabilities, ensuring that all required systems, processes, data flows, and governance models are successfully integrated. The architect ensures that DSS and DaaS operates as cohesive services across procurement, provisioning, asset management, financial management, support, and disposal.
Success in this role means:
DSS is fully embedded into the client’s IT and business ecosystem with minimal friction
All integration points (tools, data, workflows, suppliers) operate reliably and at scale
Client-specific requirements are translated into standardized, repeatable DSS integration patterns
Implementation timelines are reduced through reuse of integration frameworks and accelerators
Risks related to data, process, or tool misalignment are proactively mitigated
Tools are accessed to ensure they are implemented using best in-class solutions based on capabilities
Key Responsibilities
The DWS Client Integration Architect works closely with Solution Managers, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and Client stakeholders to design and implement integration models for DSS adoption.
Integration Design & Architecture
Define end-to-end integration architecture for DSS within client environments
Map client systems (ITSM, HR, Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, Device Management) to DSS and DaaS processes
Design data flows, APIs, and system interfaces required for DSS operations
Establish integration patterns for:
Order-to-provision workflows
Asset and configuration data synchronization
Incident, service request, and support processes
