Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Arabic cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality Arabic dishes.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.




Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives.
Ensure that all dishes are presented to a high standard and meet the restaurant's quality expectations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Master Chef in a high-end restaurant.
Solid knowledge of Arabic cuisine and cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field.
