Role Highlights:
Securities Litigation: Represent and advise clients in matters before SEBI, SAT, stock exchanges, and other regulatory / quasi-judicial forums.
Securities Regulatory Advisory: Advise listed companies, intermediaries, and market participants on compliance with SEBI regulations, including LODR, ICDR, PFUTP, PIT, and allied securities laws.
Regulatory Proceedings: Handle investigations, enforcement actions, show cause notices, and adjudication proceedings initiated by SEBI and stock exchanges.
Dispute Strategy & Advisory: Assist clients with litigation strategy, risk assessment, and regulatory responses in securities-related disputes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients, regulators, and internal teams to provide practical and commercially sound advice.

Ideal Candidate:
Lawyer with 3–8+ years of PQE (Senior Associate / Principal Associate / Associate–Senior Associate, depending on role).
Robust experience in securities litigation and/or securities regulatory practice.




Candidates from Tier 1 law firms or reputed regulatory litigation practices preferred.
Experience appearing before or handling matters involving SEBI, SAT, and stock exchanges is highly desirable.
Educational background: LLB from a recognised university.
Location: Mumbai
Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in handling regulatory disputes and advisory matters independently at the relevant level.
