Job Description:

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our product team focused on building intuitive, scalable, and user-centric SaaS solutions for the logistics industry. You will be responsible for designing both mobile applications and admin dashboards that cater to diverse user roles such as drivers, operators, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end user experiences across mobile apps and web-based dashboards
Translate product requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate designs
Create and maintain scalable design systems, including components and design tokens
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms (React/React Native)
Maintain a mobile-first and dashboard-first approach in UX design
Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders





Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably in mobile-first and SaaS settings
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Solid understanding of cross-role application design (e.g., Admin vs. End User)
Good grasp of front-end technologies, especially React and React Native, to collaborate effectively with developers
Experience designing for responsive and adaptive layouts
Familiarity with scalable component libraries and design tokens
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong user-centered mindset and attention to detail

Valuable to Have:
Prior experience in the logistics or transportation domain
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better developer handoffs
Experience with design systems like Material UI or Ant Design
