Job Description:
Supervising and getting executed all the services mainly, HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting and Plumbing.
Checking MEP services received daily at site for quality and quantity.
Prepare the Schedule for execution of MEP Services and following it up with the concerned Vendors for the same.
Identify slippages / delays by the Vendors and ensure corrective action.
Co-ordinate with MEP Consultants and the Vendors regarding Shop drawings and ensure compliance with the safety standards.
Any other work assigned by PIMO from time to time.
