Multi-Unit Gym & Café Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Gym & Café Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple fitness centers and in-house cafés. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, excellent communication, a professional personality, and proven experience in handling multi-location operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple gym branches and cafés.
Lead, train, and motivate gym trainers, café staff, and operations teams.
Drive membership sales, customer retention, and café revenue.
Monitor branch performance, budgets, inventory, and operational costs.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
Plan marketing activities, promotions, and community engagement programs.
Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies.
Prepare MIS reports and achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:




Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple gym or fitness center operations (experience with café/F&B; operations is preferred).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing personality with a customer-first approach.
Experience in sales, operations, budgeting, and team management.
Ability to travel between branches as required.
Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and gym management software.

Preferred Background:
Experience with fitness chains such as Gold’s Gym, Cult, Anytime Fitness, Talwalkars, Snap Fitness, or similar brands.
Exposure to café or hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field.
