Role Overview

We are looking for a Service & Operations Executive who will play a key role in managing learner support, internal coordination, and day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career specialists looking to build a strong foundation in operations and service management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle learner queries and service requests via WhatsApp, calls, and email
Support onboarding, enrollment follow-ups, and documentation
Coordinate with academics, sales, and tech teams for smooth service delivery
Maintain records, trackers, and MIS reports




Assist in session scheduling, app access, certificates, and course logistics
Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain a positive learner experience

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Psychology background is a plus)
0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a quick-paced office environment
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools is an advantage
