Role

As a Validation lead, you will be responsible for finalizing the BOQ post-validation of drawings,

BOQ and site.

Responsibilities
Understand drawings of all disciplines (Carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing etc) and

verify quantities of each line item in the BOQ
Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks
Validate drawings, BOQ & site
Add missing line items in the BOQ
Do rate analysis for non-standard items
Finalize BOQ after clarifying design discrepancies and a thorough validation at the site
Prepare BoM to facilitate the release of POs to labour contracts

Must have
3+ years of contracting experience (1 yr execution + 2 yr QS) in residential/commercial

projects
Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize in office conditions and foresee execution

risks
Proactive and capable of prioritizing work
Extremely high level of ownership
High learning aptitude
Diploma/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture
