We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, outbound lead generation, lead qualification and execution of the company’s growth strategy. You will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by generating recent business opportunities and qualifying leads. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and setting up appointments for our sales executives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a quick-paced and target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling,



email campaigns, social media, and online research.
Qualify leads to determine their potential as prospective customers.
Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about our products or services, understand their needs, and set up appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Collaborate with sales executives to develop effective sales strategies, including lead generation tactics, target market analysis, and competitive research.
Continuously learn about our products or services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, appointments set, and qualified prospects.
