n Role Summary
n SAP SDM responsible for end‐to‐end delivery and governance of SAP services (AMS / Projects / Enhancements) across customer accounts. The role acts as the primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring SLA adherence, service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
n Key Skills & Competencies
n Functional & Technical
n n Solid SAP expertise (S/4HANA / ECC)
n Understanding of:
n SAP modules (SD/MM/FICO/PP etc.)
n SAP integrations (PI/PO, APIs, BTP)
n Knowledge of AMS and support models
n n Service Management
n n ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release)
n SLA/KPI governance and reporting




n Experience in ServiceNow or similar tools
n n Leadership & Soft Skills
n n Stakeholder management & CXO engagement
n Robust communication & presentation skills
n Decision-making and problem solving
n Team leadership across global delivery models
n n Experience & Qualification
n n 15 - 25 years overall experience
n Minimum 5+ years in SAP SDM / Delivery Manager role
n Proven experience in:
n SAP AMS & project delivery
n Multi-client / multi-geography engagements
n Preferred:
n PMP / ITIL Certification
