Role Context

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Growth Lead to spearhead our efforts in attracting more home sellers and buyers to our platform and enhancing our brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging both digital and physical/hyperlocal channels to drive growth. This role is crucial for our expansion strategy and requires a blend of creative marketing, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management,



or sales management roles, with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What you’ll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to attract home sellers and buyers to the Truva platform.
Identify and leverage both digital and hyperlocal marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences.
Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across online platforms, including social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand presence and drive referrals.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize growth strategies and identify recent opportunities.
