Job Description
Directly and through staff,managesandcoordinatesthe operational activities for assigned functionalarea(s)/region(s).
Ensuresquality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers.
Leadshigh performanceteams of both entry level and skilled professionals by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, measuring progress while recognizing success and building accountability with employees.
Overseesadherence to corporate policies and procedures andensurescompliance with applicable laws and regulations withinareaof responsibility.
Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience




Typically Five to Seven years of relevant experience into Quality Testing, Mortgage servicing, Customer Default, Bankruptcy Risk Management.

Preferred Skills/Experience
Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
Valuable organizational, managerial and project management skills
Well-developed customer relations skills
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Excellent supervisory and management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks

Work Mode: 5 Days in Office
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Location: Chennai
