We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Field Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on prospecting and generating leads for our import logistics services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of success in field sales within the logistics and freight industry. This role is crucial for our continued growth, requiring a dynamic skilled who can not only secure recent business but also nurture and expand our existing client base.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively identify, qualify, and pursue current business opportunities through field sales activities. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline for import services.
Sales and Relationship Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. This includes handling customer inquiries, providing tailored logistics solutions, and negotiating contracts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
Revenue and Target Management: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set for the import department. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Logistics Expertise: Leverage your hands-on experience with FCL/LCL (Full Container Load / Less than Container Load), Ocean Freight, and Air Freight to discuss and propose optimal import solutions to clients.
Strategic Growth: Focus on the acquisition and retention of customers to consistently increase the company's client base and market share.
Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal departments
