Ojas Maxivision Eye Hospital is a leading eye care provider committed to delivering exceptional ophthalmic services through advanced technology and a patient-centric approach. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Role & responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries in the accounting system.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Maintain cash and petty cash records.
Prepare and verify payment vouchers and journal entries.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with banks, auditors,



and internal departments when required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Generate MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
13 years of accounting experience (hospital or healthcare experience preferred).
Valuable knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
