We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in Mundra, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on Refinery/Petrochemical/Oil and Gas projects and possess a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in any Engineering.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for timely completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on project progress, performance metrics, and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and issues impacting project success.

Job Requirements
Prior experience working on MSP or Primavera is required.
Robust understanding of project management principles, practices,



and techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working on Refinery/Petrochemical/Oil and Gas projects is essential.
A Diploma/BE/B.Tech in any Engineering is required.
