We are looking for a skilled Sr. Laptop Service Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in laptop service engineering to join our team at Laptop Store.

Roles and Responsibility
Troubleshoot and repair complex laptop issues, including hardware and software problems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating operating systems and installing new software applications.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Provide technical support and training to customers on laptop use and maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all laptops are functioning properly and safely.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of laptop hardware and software components, including processors, memory, and storage devices.
