Sourcing of alternative spares vendors for imported
Maintenance Budget monitoring
Liaison with DM Plant, Centralized Electrical/ Instrument, Central stores for routine plant requirements
Liaison with government regulatory bodies
Training & facilitation to team for skill enhancement, evaluation by assessment & Periodical review of performance of Maintenance Crew
Cost control measures in operations
