Job Description:
Role Summary:
The Vice President of Digital Marketing will be responsible for driving digital strategy, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through cutting-edge and data-driven marketing initiatives. This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of financial markets, consumer behavior in investing, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Define and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on customer acquisition and retention.
Performance Marketing & ROI:
Oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms.
Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion funnels.
Brand and Content Strategy:
Enhance digital brand visibility and positioning in a competitive broking space.
Supervise creation of high-impact content, SEO/SEM strategies, and influencer engagement.
MarTech & Automation:
Leverage tools like CRM, marketing automation (e.g. Leasquared,
Salesforce), and analytics platforms for personalized and scalable marketing.
Implement robust data analytics and attribution models for informed decision-making.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team (content, performance, design, analytics).
Collaborate with product, sales, compliance, and tech teams for campaign success.
Customer Experience & Retention:
Use analytics and customer insights to improve onboarding, retention, and upsell journeys.
Drive app engagement and website conversions through UX and personalization.
Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or fintech.
Proven leadership in building and executing high-performing digital campaigns.
Robust knowledge of trading platforms, investor behavior, and regulatory norms (SEBI).
Expertise in tools like Google Analytic
