As a Business Development Executive at Arihant AI, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion. We are seeking a proactive go-getter with a "get it done" spirit to identify new business prospects, build meaningful client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our cutting-edge ERP and AI solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives
Qualify customer needs and map them to our ERP & AI solutions.
Negotiate, draft contracts, and manage client onboarding.
Master live demos of our software ecosystem for C-suite prospects.

Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred).
Solid passion for software products and B2B SaaS solutions
Flawless verbal and written English communication skills
Highly autonomous with an ability to think outside the box

Nice to have
Prior experience selling ERP, CRM, or HR solutions
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation strategies
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
