CRM Business Manager – Iron & Steel Industry - Rs Puram, Coimbatore

We are looking for an experienced CRM Business Manager with a robust background in the industry to manage key customer relationships, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance for smooth order execution.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, and complaint resolution.
Identify new business prospects and support revenue growth.
Monitor customer satisfaction, pending orders, collections, and MIS reports.




Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular business updates to management.

Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of experience in CRM, Key Account Management, or Business Development in the Iron & Steel industry.
Strong knowledge of steel products, commercial operations, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM software.
MBA/Graduate in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Location: Coimbatore

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
