Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect / Interior Architect to work on residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural and interior drawings, plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
Develop design concepts, space plans and furniture layouts.
Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings and presentations.
Assist with material selection, technical detailing and site coordination.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and project teams.
Prepare shop drawings and as-built documentation.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape or V-Ray.
Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.
Positive understanding of construction materials and interior detailing.
Solid creativity, communication and attention to detail.
