Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing customized international travel experiences, coordinating with global partners, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop international holiday packages
Create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, inbound suppliers,



and car rental providers
Handle bookings including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and other services
Assist customers with international visa documentation
Confirm bookings and ensure accuracy of all travel arrangements
Provide information on tourist attractions, dining, and shopping options
Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally
Cross-sell and upsell travel products to enhance revenue
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client details
Use GDS systems (Galileo or similar) for ticketing and reservations
