We are looking for a skilled Senior Specialist - Software Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience to design, develop, and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud FSC solutions for Wholesale Insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC Financial Services Cloud.

Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud FSC solutions for Wholesale Insurance operations.
Implement FSC data models including Person Accounts, Business Accounts, Relationships, and Financial Accounts.
Develop Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, LWC, and Visualforce.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
Support Wholesale-specific processes such as Broker-Agent onboarding, Policy lifecycle management, Commission and hierarchy tracking, Quotetobind workflows, and other related activities.
Integrate Salesforce FSC with external insurance systems, Policy Admin Claims Billing using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft preferred).




Ensure data security and compliance with insurance regulations and Salesforce best practices.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, support UAT, and production deployments.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Job Requirements
Technical Skills: Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC Financial Services Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, MuleSoft ETL tools.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, Copado, Gearset, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
