We are looking for a skilled IT qualified with 9 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an LTM, ITSO Delegate Engineer. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Operating systems, Storage Databases, and interoperability between systems.
Roles and Responsibility
Provide ongoing support for problem records, identify problem situations, review problems, and engage associates to plan for investigation work on Root Cause Analysis solution.
Own the resolution of problems, demonstrating analytical and problem management skills to drive resolution and prevent recurrence.
Actively participate in Quality Review meetings, handle CRISIS calls, and provide IN review inputs.
Contribute to ad hoc production support requirements and ensure deliverables meet standards and quality in agreed schedules.
Document processes and tasks, follow best practices, and strictly adhere to guidelines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate issues timely.
Identify and contribute to mitigating operational risks.
Job Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Operating systems, Storage Databases, and interoperability between systems.
Hands-on experience in providing infrastructure support for Linux/Unix-based applications.
Experience supporting Testing tools like LISADevTest Quality Center Performance Center.
Basic knowledge of Scripting, Shell scripting, Python/Jython is desirable.
Knowledge of Jenkins and CI pipeline creation process.
Understanding of defect management and Incident/Problem management skills.
Familiarity with manual and automated testing processes.
