Job Description

Business Activities:

• Performance management of all regional level and branch level feet on street FOS deployed in the circle
• Tracking infra. enablement for all feet on street in the circle
• Escalating significant issues unresolved by SBOSS Feet on street territory Manager and DGMs to CGM for resolution
• Formulation of sales strategy/gamification for all feet on street in circle basis targets
• Tracking attrition and hiring of SBOSS Feet on street in the circle
• Cadence (Meeting) with SBOSS Feet on street territory Manager
• Attendance in cadence (Meetings) with SBOSS Business Ops. Head
• Attendance in Meetings with GM/ Circle CGM
• Regular meetings with DGM TPM, DGM ABU and DGM SME of the Circle and formulating plan for the month and its progress.

Key Responsibilities:

De-bottlenecking issue areas pointed out by SBOSS Feet on street territory Manager in a time bound manner. The issues raised by them are not resolved, then escalating to DGM TPM/ AO in a
