Key Responsibilities:
Perform exact quantity take-offs from project/tender drawings and specifications.
Prepare cost estimates for infrastructure piping projects using industry standards (CESEMM/POMI).
Gather details through site visits, RFQs, and tender document reviews to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
Evaluate subcontractor quotes and ensure cost-efficiency through value engineering.
Stay updated on pricing trends and maintain a cost database.
Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Analyze bid results to improve estimating and bidding strategies.
Knowledge about tendering/ contractual terms and conditions.
Estimation experience in Candy software is an advantage.

Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering / Quantity survey.
At least 7 years of experience in construction cost estimating in the UAE market in infrastructure development projects.
Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in using MS office and Candy software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
