Key Responsibilities
Manage Sprinklr user licenses, including creation, modification, and deactivation.
Perform user access audits and remove inactive or unauthorized users.
Monitor and re-authenticate deactivated social media accounts.
Provide day-to-day administration and operational support.
Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve user queries within SLA timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Sprinklr support teams.
Monitor platform performance and identify operational issues.
Maintain SOPs, support documentation,
and knowledge articles.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and access management policies.
Support testing and deployment of current platform features
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with the Sprinklr platform
User license and access management experience.
Knowledge of authentication and re-authentication processes.
Experience with social media account integrations.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of governance and audit processes.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple support requests.
Basic understanding of ITSM processes and ticketing tools
