About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of recruitment experience who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a career in Non-IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and interest.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Support onboarding activities and documentation whenever required.




Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Robust interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri or LinkedIn is an added advantage.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related discipline.
MBA (HR) graduates are preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
01 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Freshers with a strong interest in HR and recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Strong learning attitude with valuable organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
