Define financial governance for GenAI adoption, balancing innovation and sustainability.
Own global FinOps policies and drive adoption across regions and business units.
Embed cost accountability into engineering, architecture, and product decisions.
Prioritise optimisation prospects and oversee cloud commitments for predictable spend.
Deliver transparent, executive-ready reporting.
Forecasting & Financial Planning.
Build and maintain multi-year cloud spend models and commitment strategies.
Partner with Finance and Technology leaders to improve forecasting accuracy.
Oversee cloud credit allocation, migration reporting, and consumption tracking
