We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to prepare accurate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for government construction projects.
Requirements:
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience preparing architectural, structural, civil, and MEP shop drawings.
Ability to review contract drawings, specifications, field measurements, and red-line markups.
Experience preparing final as-built drawings.
Knowledge of U.S. construction standards; government-project experience is preferred.
Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
Candidates should submit their resume along with samples of relevant shop drawings or as-built drawings.
Work Hours: 2nd shift 1pm to 10pm Mon thru Fri, & 1st and 3rd Saturdays ( Morning)
