Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
Support onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and orientation.

Post-Recruitment Activities:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and compliance requirements.
Assist in probation review and confirmation processes

Payroll Administration:
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate salary disbursement.
Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Support HR policies implementation and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications




Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 year of experience in HR functions
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll systems, and HR policies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
