Ensure team is connecting with prospective architects & Interior designers on behalf of clients from the building material industry.
Ensure the team is scheduling appointments for clients with designers regularly.
Ensure team is following set processess of fetching meetings, maintaining client worksheets etc
Participating in onboarding sessions, review meets.
Ensure team follows-ups with architects and designers to handle inquiries efficiently.
Ensure the team is directly interacting with Clients from different building material industries like Marble, stones, furniture, lights, home automation, etc.
Ensure the team maintains accurate records of operational activities.
Ensure the team is coordinated with internal team members to ensure operational alignment.
Ensure the team is collaboratively working with team members.
Ensure teams daily and monthly reports are accurately maintained and submitted on time.
