Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within Pet Industry (DOG,FISH,CAT,BIRDS AND OTHERS ) food products with Minimum 3 year of Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building and scaling sales teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, results-driven environment.
Languages -Hindi, English Must
