Basic Understating and working knowledge on: -
Knowledge of DB Servers: Oracle Database, MySQL, and MariaDB.
Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration and troubleshooting.
Desktop support experience in hardware, OS installation, patching, software installation/upgradation, and printer troubleshooting.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, coordination, and end-user support skills.
Experience in desktop VAPT closure and handling technical tasks assigned by Bank Officials.
